Graduating from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Social and Behavioral Science, Mr. Heinle has accumulated 20 years of real estate industry experience. His extensive experience in all aspects of real estate research has proven invaluable to understanding individual property dynamics. He has been a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent since 2010.

Mr. Heinle’s professional experience has evolved from vacant land research to the commercial real estate analysis. He began his career at Landiscor Aerial Information where he was responsible for data collection, analysis and production of the Phoenix Housing Study periodical. That position led to an assignment as a Project Coordinator with The Meyers Group (subsequently became part of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence). While at The Meyers Group, Mr. Heinle helped establish new regional offices for the premiere national housing data provider in the U.S. Next, Mr. Heinle worked for a local Phoenix homebuilder where he was responsible for due diligence and market analysis as part of the Land Acquisition process. Most recently, at CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), he was in charge of the research, creation, production and distribution of all customized marketing materials using advanced desktop, graphic, and mapping software, as well as gathering and maintaining data on local, regional, and national commercial real estate markets. Mr. Heinle’s vast experience and knowledge substantiates a clear understanding of current and historical commercial and residential market conditions.
